Return & Refund


evcarsuae ELECTRIC VEHICLE SYSTEMS reserves the rights to refuse a return, refund, or exchange request.

Our Return policy lasts 7 days. If you try to return your order 7 days after your purchase, we won’t be able to give you a refund.

If the product is damaged on delivery or you did not receive the full order, please notify us within 12 hours.

For a product to be eligible for a return it must meet the following conditions:

In the Original Packaging
Unused
Same condition you received it
Order must be complete and with the box
Box must be unopened

The money will be refunded to the original payment method.

 

Installation Problems
We are not able to issue refunds for failed installations. We offer troubleshooting solutions via our Technical Support Department contact us +971 50 7777134 or email us at evcarsuae@evcarsuaeae.com.

 

Single-Use Products
This is important. Some of the products we sell become used as soon as you remove the protective backing. We’re still happy to help with achieving a great installation, but these items do become non-returnable once the backing is removed. Please be sure you’re happy with the product and comfortable with the installation process before going ahead, as unfortunately we’re not able to issue refunds for failed installations. Specifically, single-use products are:

Screen Protector
Anything that’s stuck down; Noise Reduction Kit, Interior Covers, Spoilers, Exterior Covers, etc
Order Cancellation
To cancel an order please contact us at +971 50 7777134 or email us at evcarsuae@evcarsuaeae.com within 12 hours of your order. If possible, please tell us the reason for canceling the order, that will allow us to improve our services.
